The base material of connecting plates is mostly Q235B carbon steel or 5052 aluminum alloy, and the surface treatment includes hot-dip galvanizing (film thickness>=85μm) and anodizing process. When double-sided side welding is implemented on steel structure connecting plates, the weld leg size must be>=6mm and the weld gap must be<=2mm. When using the SPR lock riveting process, the end of the rivet leg is folded to form a rivet buckle with a diameter of 8-10mm, so that the plate connection strength reaches 90% of the base material.
